The heavy-duty structure allows the submersible mud pump to handle high concentrations of abrasive solids while maintaining stable hydraulic performance. Depending on the viscosity, compacted and solid characteristics of the pumping liquids, we have the different accessories options installed on the submersible sludge pump for auxiliary agitation, enabling smooth and efficient pumping of slurry / slush / mud.
Submersible slurry pump with side agitators
Submersible slurry pump with side cutters is designed for pumping abrasive, high-solids slurry while breaking up compacted materials around the pump suction area. The side cutters help loosen and cut sediment before it enters the pump, making this equipment particularly suitable for difficult dredging and slurry-handling applications.
Submersible sewage sludge pump with water jet ring
The jet ring is typically built as a frame mounted directly onto the submersible slurry pump's suction filter or strainer, fitted with a ring of nozzles pointed toward the material being pumped. It is fed by a separate high-pressure centrifugal water pump connected via a suction hose (fitted with a water filter and non-return valve) and a delivery line running to the jet ring. As the high-pressure water exits the nozzles, it cuts into and disintegrates compact or cohesive material immediately in front of the pump's intake, turning it into a pumpable slurry that the submersible pump can then draw in and discharge.
