The Sandmaster features a shortened frame and shaft, making the pump more compact than the Magnum I. This design is ideal for equipment where installation space is limited.
Heavy-Duty Power Frame
A heavy-duty bearing power frame is designed for reliable continuous operation in demanding oilfield service.
Abrasion-Resistant Liquid End
The pump uses a hard-iron liquid end designed for handling abrasive fluids containing sand and suspended solids.
Replaceable Shaft Sleeve
A replaceable shaft sleeve protects the shaft from wear and helps simplify maintenance.
Mechanical Seal System
The replaceable stuffing box and mechanical seal arrangement provides reliable sealing and helps reduce leakage during operation.
Replaceable Suction Stand
The replaceable hard-iron suction stand allows worn components to be replaced without replacing the complete pump assembly.
Renewable Wear Rings
Renewable wear rings are installed at the suction stand and impeller eye to help manage wear and maintain hydraulic performance.
Flexible Drive Options
The Sandmaster can be configured for electric motor, engine or hydraulic motor drive. An optional outboard bearing arrangement can accommodate SAE B, C and D hydraulic motor adapters.
