Tobee^® TP (and rubber-lined TPR) vertical cantilever slurry pump is a heavy-duty, vertical centrifugal pump designed for sump service where continuous operation in abrasive, high-density slurries is required. Unlike submersible slurry pumps, the drive motor above the sump mounting plate in the dry, while the lower casing and impeller are suspended down into the wet sump. Primary Applications: Mineral Processing & Metallurgy, Coal Preparation & Processing, etc.

Bearing Assembly with Heavy-Duty Cantilever Design, The shaft, bearings, and housing are generously proportioned to prevent resonance and vibration when operating within the shaft's first critical speed zone.
Column Assembly Constructed from heavy-gauge fabricated mild steel. The rubber model features a full elastomeric cover to protect the steel superstructure against corrosive and abrasive slurry splash.
Casing / Volute Features a simple bolt-on attachment secured to the base of the column. Manufactured from high-chrome wear-resistant white iron or molded natural rubber/elastomer liners.
Impeller Material Interchangeability & Adjustment: High-chrome alloy and molded elastomer impellers are fully interchangeable.
Discharge Pipe Metallic discharge pipework for the SP series and elastomer-covered pipework for the SPR series. All wetted metallic components undergo rigorous anti-corrosion and rust-proofing treatment.
Zero Submerged Bearings Contains no mechanical seals, eliminating the main point of mechanical failure common to conventional sump pumps.
