TM10/8E Horizontal Medium-Duty Slurry Pump is a cantilevered, double-casing centrifugal pump optimized for continuous transfer of medium-density abrasive slurries. Designed as a high-efficiency alternative to heavy-duty models for fine-particle and low-to-medium head duties, it offers broader hydraulic efficiency bands and reduced power consumption. Features fully interchangeable High-Chrome and Natural Rubber wet-end liners, and flexible shaft sealing options such as expeller, packing, or mechanical seal.

1. Casing & Pressure Protection
Double-Casing Architecture: Features a heavy-duty ductile iron outer casing that absorbs high working pressures and system shocks, housing an independent inner wear liner. This ensures maximum operator safety and allows the inner liner to wear out completely without risking structural failure.
2. Fully Interchangeable Wet-End Materials
Metal vs. Elastomer Versatility: The casing liners, throatbush, frame plate liner insert, and impeller are designed for 100% dimensional interchangeability between hard metal alloys and elastomeric materials:
High-Chrome Alloys (27-27.5% Cr): For sharp particle abrasion, coarse solids, and high tip speeds.
Natural Rubber / Synthetic Elastomers: For fine particle slurries, flotation fines, and acidic/alkaline environments (pH 2–12).
3. Heavy-Duty Shaft & Bearing Assembly
Low-Deflection Rigid Shaft: Large-diameter hardened steel shaft with minimal overhung length reduces shaft deflection under heavy dynamic loads, extending bearing and seal life.
Advanced bearing assembly using grease lubrication.
