6/4D TH Pump Description
The 6x4D TH slurry pump is a heavy-duty, single-stage, single-suction, horizontal centrifugal pump featuring a cantilever design. It is engineered for handling abrasive and corrosive slurry applications containing solid particles, making it suitable for demanding industrial processes.
Design Features:
Cylindrical bearing assembly: Allows easy adjustment of the clearance between the impeller and front liner, and can be fully removed for maintenance.
Interchangeable wet-end components made of high-chrome alloy for enhanced abrasion resistance.
Discharge outlet can be positioned in any of eight directions at 45-degree intervals for flexible piping layout.
Multiple drive options available: direct coupling, V-belt drive, gear reducer, hydraulic coupling, VFD (variable frequency drive), and SCR speed control.
Choice of shaft sealing methods: packing seal, expeller seal, or mechanical seal to suit various operating conditions.
