Aeries® TSP Series Self-Priming Pump is a newly developed pump product designed according to international standards. It is specially engineered for municipal sewage systems, industrial wastewater treatment, emergency drainage, and various temporary or centralized wastewater handling applications.

Aeries® TSP Self Priming Trash Pump Advantages
Fast Self-Priming Capability. The pump requires no foot valve or additional priming equipment. After the initial filling of the pump casing, it can quickly complete the self-priming process through its unique gas-liquid separation design, ensuring fast and efficient operation.
Powerful Non-Clogging Performance. The open-type semi-open impeller design provides excellent solids-passing capability and minimizes clogging risks, making it ideal for handling wastewater containing large solid particles and impurities.
Reliable Abrasion-Resistant Mechanical Seal. Equipped with a specially designed double-floating, self-aligning mechanical cartridge seal, featuring silicon carbide stationary and rotating faces, the pump delivers superior wear resistance and extended service life in abrasive wastewater applications.
Easy Maintenance Design. The back pull-out structure allows quick inspection and servicing without removing the piping system. Internal components can be accessed easily, significantly reducing downtime and maintenance costs.

TSP Self Priming Rainwater Pump Design Features
Solids Handling Impeller
The two-vane semi-open impeller is designed to handle solids up to 3 inches (76 mm) in diameter, depending on the pump model. Pump-out vanes on the impeller shroud reduce foreign material buildup behind the impeller and decrease pressure on the mechanical seal and bearings.
Removable Cover Plate
The removable cover plate provides quick access to the pump chamber without disconnecting the piping. Blockages can be cleared and the pump can be returned to service within minutes. The impeller, seal, wearplate, and check valve can also be inspected easily.
Replaceable Wearplate
The replaceable wearplate design reduces maintenance costs. The wearplate can be removed and replaced easily without replacing expensive pump castings.
Removable Rotating Assembly
The rotating assembly can be removed easily for inspection of the shaft, bearings, and internal components without disturbing the pump casing or piping system.
