Sandman^® Mission Magnum I 6x5x11 C-pump is a heavy-duty horizontal centrifugal pump independently developed for harsh industrial working conditions, adhering to the Magnum series' consistent high-strength design philosophy of durability and low maintenance. The model naming follows the industry standard caliber-impeller diameter specification, with a 6-inch inlet, 5-inch outlet and a maximum impeller diameter of 11 inches, laying a solid foundation for balanced flow and pressure output.

Different from ordinary civilian centrifugal pumps, this model is positioned for industrial heavy-load operation, focusing on solving high-flow and medium-head fluid transfer problems in complex working environments such as impurity-containing slurry and circulating cooling water.

Performance & Operating Parameters

Mission 6x5x11 Grouting Pump is designed to deliver stable and efficient fluid transfer performance with optimized hydraulic parameters. The pump provides flexible operating configurations to meet different regional power standards and application requirements.

Operating Speed: The pump supports dual-frequency operating configurations to adapt to global industrial power supply standards in 1450 RPM (50Hz industrial power supply) and 1750 RPM (60Hz industrial power supply).

Hydraulic Efficiency: The comprehensive operating efficiency hits 65%, realizing a perfect balance between high flow rate and energy-saving operation.

Operating Parameters: Under the standard 1450 RPM operating condition, the pump's matching operating parameters are highly standardized: the optimal working flow reaches 180 m³/h, the total dynamic head (TDH) is stably maintained at 24 to 28 meters (maximum up to 160 feet).

Motor Power Configuration: In terms of power matching, the model supports three mainstream motor configurations of 30kW, 37kW and 45kW (maximum configurable 60HP), among which the 37kW motor is the most widely used standard configuration, perfectly matching the rated operating load to avoid power waste or insufficient power output.
