TDG Series

When one impeller can't get you the pressure you need, you go multistage. The MagFlow^® TDG (also available in D/DG builds) is an electric-driven centrifugal pump that stacks several impellers and diffusers on one shaft, so each stage adds more discharge pressure while your flow rate holds steady.

How It Works

Your motor drives the shaft through a flexible coupling. Water enters stage one, gains pressure from the impeller, and passes through a diffuser that converts that speed into usable pressure before feeding the next stage. Add more stages, get more head — no need for an oversized impeller or risky top-end speeds.

Where You'll Use It

Boiler feedwater — delivering water at a pressure that reliably beats the boiler's internal pressure, stage after stage.
High-rise water supply — boosting city main pressure up the riser so upper floors get the same pressure as the ground floor.
Industrial transfer & dewatering — mine dewatering, municipal supply, high-pressure wash-down, anywhere you're fighting elevation or system resistance.

Before You Order, Check

Total dynamic head — static lift plus friction losses plus whatever pressure your downstream equipment needs.
Flow rate at your actual duty point, not just peak demand.
Stage count — more head, but also more length and maintenance points.
Motor and coupling sizing for your real duty cycle.
Fluid temperature and chemistry, especially for boiler feed service.

Get these numbers right on paper, and it's a lot cheaper than finding out you got them wrong six months into service.
